Issues installing psycopg2-binary

There is an issue installing psycopg2-binary, It fails to install whether you try to install it via the requirements.txt or the pip install psycopg2-binary.

however the updated version of it installed without issues: pip install psycopg.

Haven't finished the video tutorial, but will advise if there's any changes.

try deleting Venv and reinstalling dependencies
