Maintain queue operation in the master-replica scheme

Queue can be setup to work in a master-replica scheme
To work with this scheme from go-tarantool, we need to solve the following tasks:

• Make queue works with connection_pool #176
• Add missing and new queue methods #177
• Support user-defined callbacks for connection_pool events #178
