[v4] Preflight removes Margin from Dialog element

Dialog elements have their margin removed in v4

Hey! This is intentional, we removed margins from everything else so it felt consistent to correct this for v4. We should include it in the upgrade guide though, will leave this open until we get a chance to make that change.
