This PR was squashed before being merged into the 4.0 branch (closes #8717). Discussion ---------- Remove svn & changelog articles On 4.0, I want to reduce old entries. This removes the svn article, and removes the changelog, which was a cool idea, but is not updated anymore. Commits ------- e84c0e0 Remove svn & changelog articles
