Thank you for finding this issue & submitting a fix!

But can you please change it to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/mod/mod_dir.html instead? This way, we don't get outdated apache URLs anymore :)

This PR was submitted for the 2.4 branch but it was merged into the 2.3 branch instead (closes #3820).
