This PR was merged into the 3.4 branch. Discussion ---------- Remove the deciders level As we never really "use" the decider level (all new core team members were always promoted directly to the Mergers team), I propose to simplify our structure and remove the Deciders level. Commits ------- 9f130e4 removed the deciders level
