Caution about voters vs ACL

The community slowly agrees on the topic simple voters vs ACL. A simple voter is faster and better.

What about creating an article about immitating these ACLs with voters and adding a note/caution in the ACL intro article?

Yeah I just wanted to open an issue on that :-) I would like to create a basic set up for this article, if it makes sense and we want to integrate such an article? Where should it belong to?

In my opinion https://github.com/symfony/symfony-docs/blob/2.3/cookbook/security/voters.rst is simply not enough on how to integrate a voters for data permission evaluation (e.g. for a specific object of my database etc.).
