Update from_flat_php_to_symfony2.rst in 2.1 to use Composer and its autoloader

The from_flat_php_to_symfony2.rst document needs to be updated to use Composer and use its autoloader. At the very least, under the Add a Touch of Symfony2 header, we say "download symfony", which should instead give some very simple instructions on getting the library via Composer. The code block should then include its autoloader instead of UniversalClassLoader.

I can do this. Should I replace the instructions on downloading symfony and adding a bootstrap.php or should I add the composer way as "another way of getting symfony"?

I think you should replace the download instructions with something that adds a composer.json file which requires symfony/symfony and replace the autoload example with the Composer Autoloader. You can even link to components/using_components because we explain composer in detail there.

+1 keep it quite simple (because learning Composer is not the point here), but I think Composer is the right way.
