config caching example is missing something

in the first example code there is a $delegatingLoader object, but is not clear where it comes from.

I don't love it, but it seems to solve the problem. @stof your comment would have probably been more correct, but I didn't want to have to remove details that might be helpful. Let me know what you think :).
