[Console] Documentation doesn't explain how to use the different verbosity settings

The documentation at http://symfony.com/doc/current/components/console.html doesn't explain how to use the different verbosity settings. This should be fixed.

I was wondering if this is about explaining that there is a global option -q and `-v´, because this is expressed here: http://symfony.com/doc/current/components/console/usage.html#global-options

If this is about how to make ouput only if -v is specified, what would be the best practice here? Simply checking the verbosity level before adding the output?

Checking it is done with OutputInterface::getVerbosity():

{
    if (OutputInterface::VERBOSITY_VERBOSE === $output->getVerbosity()) {
