Review cookbook doc

it seems some of the cookbook articles contain configuration (which can be outdated) as well. we should review them as well, or at least add the outdated note, maybe with a link to the config reference into the articles.

Most cookbook articles should go into book chapters or made sure to not overlap with them:

Reviewing those but for now did not move:

• editions/cmf_core.rst Installation guide should be centralized and contain all the available options #49
• editions/cmf_sandbox.rst Installation guide should be centralized and contain all the available options #49

Imo, we should add the warnings but we should not check them yet. At least, not the ones in the root. Most of them will be removed and replaced with a book article.

i added a warning for now, and removed the 1.0 milestone.

@wouterj can you identify which cookbook articles should go into book chapters? we should add a note to the cookbook and to the chapter issue in this tracker.

okay, tried to track that down. edited description to point to issues, and edited those issues or added comments.

@dbu I've gone through the list and updated some issues. The final 3 articles are kept, and all other articles should move to somewhere or should be deleted.
