Host GCC version must be at least 7.4, your version is 7.3.1.
Because unless CMAKE_CROSSCOMPILE is set, SWIFT_NATIVE_LLVM_TOOLS_PATH is overwriten by the directory based on LLVM_DIR. SWIFT_NATIVE_LLVM_TOOLS_PATH is used in finding tools during tests.
They have different default value depending on host platform
