Yes this is a bug. It will be working out of the box for the next release.

As workaround with version 2.1.0:

QuerydslPredicateOperationCustomizer queryDslQuerydslPredicateOperationCustomizer(Optional<QuerydslBindingsFactory> querydslBindingsFactory) {
	if (querydslBindingsFactory.isPresent()) {
		getConfig().addRequestWrapperToIgnore(Predicate.class);
		return new QuerydslPredicateOperationCustomizer(querydslBindingsFactory.get());
	}
	return null;
}

Note you only need one of the dependencies: As springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-api is already part of springdoc-openapi-starter-webmvc-ui.
