Time-based ReleaseStrategy [INT-2595]

Please include a time-based ReleaseStrategy. Essentially, the release of multiple messages spanning a given interval of time for aggregation. Until this issue is addressed and the first class support is provided by the framework you can use the solution shown here https://github.com/olegz/s12gx.2011/tree/master/src/test/java/org/springone/timebasedaggregator. Also read the attached forum post for more details.

Additional timeout releasing options can be achieved with MessageGroupStoreReaper. It is for cases, when there is no new messages during some interval.
