Provide annotated controller hints to codecs and JsonView support [SPR-14693]

Following #19125, we need to build a mechanism that provides hints to the codecs based on controller annotation like @JsonView annotations, while keeping in mind that we will need to support provide hints for other use cases (client, new server functional programming model). Resolved by this commit that introduces ServerHttpMessageReader and ServerHttpMessageWriter to resolve hints for annotation based controllers and this commit that contains Jackson JSON view support.
