Add Infinispan Cache Implementation [SPR-10588]

There currently is an Ehcache implementation of the cache abstraction. It would be interesting for us to have an Infinispan implementation. This would allow us to use ConcurrentMapCache for tests and the built-in JBoss AS 7 cache in production.

Please note that Infinispan already ships spring support module as part of the distribution. http://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.infinispan/infinispan-spring

If it's shipped with Infinispan already, is there any need for specific Infinispan support on our side? They probably know better how to support their stuff than we do...

Furthermore, section 19.4 "Using Infinispan as a Spring Cache provider" of the Infinispan User Guide describes the official integration support from Infinispan.

So I agree that the official support from Infinispan precludes any need for additional support within the Spring Framework.

Resolving this issue as "Won't Fix" since Infinispan already provides this support out of the box.
