Invalid reference to spring version in MultipartResolver javadocs [SPR-5984]

Javadocs for MultipartResolver interface (http://static.springsource.org/spring/docs/3.0.x/javadoc-api/org/springframework/web/multipart/MultipartResolver.html) referencing 'current version of spring' as 2.5 ('There is only one concrete implementation included in Spring, as of Spring 2.5: ').
It should be updated to 3.0.

That javadoc states clearly that as of Spring 2.5 there was only one implementation of MultipartResolver. That can be proved and checked easily by seeing

• MultipartResolver javadoc in Spring 2.0 which shows there were two concrete implementations, namely CommonsMultipartResolver and CosMultipartResolver, and
• MultipartResolver javadoc in Spring 2.5 with only CommonsMultipartResolver implementation.

This bug report was invalid for Spring 3.0 (see MultipartResolver javadoc in Spring 3.0) but it is valid for Spring 3.1 (see MultipartResolver javadoc in Spring 3.1), since there are two concrete implementations again, old CommonsMultipartResolver and new StandardServletMultipartResolver

I have just created a pull request with this fixed.

Previous pull request was Spring 3.1.x branch based. Here is new one, Spring 3.2/master branch based pull request.

Affected version should be changed to 3.1
