`Equals`, `hashcode` and `toString` methods for `CollectionOptions`

I'm using the ReactiveMongoOperations in my app and writing unit tests to verify logic (along with integration tests).
So, it would be cool if I could use the just equals method to verify the call in mocked ReactiveMongoOperations.
