MongoFactoryBean does not call Mongo.close() on shutdown [DATAMONGO-181]

MongoFactoryBean should call Mongo.close() on created object. Otherwise some resources aren't properly closed on application shutdown. For instance Tomcat reports two Mongo threads not being closed on shutdown

This issue was never actually resolved. A pull request on Github proposes a fix
