Typo Correction in ElasticsearchAotPredicates Class Constant Name

I found a small typo in ElasticsearchAotPredicates class. The constant named IS_REACTIVE_LIBARARY_AVAILABLE is misspelled so I've fixed it to IS_REACTIVE_LIBRARY_AVAILABLE
