Enable use of the property value converters from spring-data-commons

The goal is to replace the existing property converters with the ones from the spring-data-commons module and deprecate the existing implementation in Spring Data Elasticsearch for later removal.

_Hint:_ This influences the internal date/time converters, they especially need to be taken care of.
