Support enums in AbstractCouchbaseConverter.convertForWriteIfNeeded().

Closes #1069.

Support enum in AbstractCouchbaseConverter.convertForWriteIfNeeded()
and also call that from
MappingCouchbaseConverter.getPotentiallyConvertedSimpleWrite()
