Docs should not state a Primary Index is required [DATACOUCH-317]

It is a Couchbase best practice to not create Primary Indexes in production environments to prevent full table scans. The docs for this project currently list Primary Indexes as a prerequisite, which is confusing to new users

Prerequisite is to have created a PRIMARY INDEX on the bucket where the entities will be stored."
