Missing AOT runtime hints for infrastructure artifacts

As of v5.2.1, AOT runtime hints for infrastructure classes and interfaces are not shipped in spring-batch-infrastrcuture jar. Therefore, users have to odd them manually to be able to compile batch apps with graalvm.

This issue is to add runtime hints for common infrastructure classes and interfaces.
