PHP SDK

What did you accomplish?

  • BREAKING CHANGE: Removed support from versions older than PHP 7.3.
  • BREAKING CHANGE: Removed SharedMemory (shmop) component for Segments.
  • PHP 8 Compatibility: made Di methods public.
  • Upgraded dependencies.

How do we test the changes introduced in this PR?
