Hey,
I needed to change the database port and wanted to use LDAP. This pull will enable both. I also exposed nearly all BookStack env variables to be more flexible.
Unfortunately the database port change will also need a little change in the BookStack database config (BookStackApp/BookStack#197)
What do you think?
