TLS handshake failed

When I connect to my Heroku app it show this error

[2021-05-23 08:47:45] [info] asio async_shutdown error: asio.ssl:336462231 (shutdown while in init)

I'm using the sioclient_tls and defined the SIO_TLS on the code, but it is still not working.
