Feature request: report on number of skipped statement

It would be useful for the number of statements excluded or skipped by a scoverage analysis to be reported, i.e. how many statements are contained within the "// $COVERAGE-OFF$" and "// $COVERAGE-ON$" tags.

Ideally this count would also include statements skipped due to classes or whole packages being excluded.
