This is not really true. We named as it is but this not called as so in the literature. However, we can make a cross-referencing as well and explained there relation in the docstring.

IMHO BaseEnsembleSampler based sampler should be deprecated or change the API. For the former we just need ensemble classifiers.

Agreed with @chkoar. We should actually have a meta-estimator for the cascade and then we could remove those classes and make a proper deprecation.
