Also syncs Sourcecode target commit with the latest commit in the repository.

I had to force-push to dotty-community-build from dotty-mill (previous branch community build targets) after all. The reason being dotty-mill was forked from dotty-community-build, then rebased to upstream, then it received new commits to address the upstream changes.
