Notes on this issue - it is always sbt-test/scripted pipelining/Yearly-tasty-output that fails. There are two possible causes for this error message - either the a-early.jar is deleted between a/compile and c/compile. OR, because project a has -Ystop-after:firstTransform, it is possible that an exception is thrown before a.A can be written to the jar BUT we do not report any error due to stopping early (usually we only report those errors in the backend, typically it is treated as a 'cancellation' if we do not reach backend). The quickest fix is to disable the test. The next thing which could maybe stop flakiness is remove -Ystop-after as it is not necessary for the test. Then a final cleanup we should probably report those errors even if we stop early.
