It used to be linked through the "Previous" button at the bottom of the page, but this button is not present anymore

I believe this is because this page is somewhat deprecated, and links to it have been removed from the other pages

If this is the case, we should

1. Clearly mark this page is outdated
2. Provide links to relevant up-to-date pages

If this is not the case, we should

1. Restore the "Previous" and "Next" links, and add it back to the sidebar
2. Figure ou how this happened and why, and make sure it did not happen to any other page
