Keep multiple versions of reference doc and make the dropdown work.

It should be possible to choose older versions of reference documentation (https://docs.scala-lang.org/scala3/reference/)
The output of reference doc should be changed (https://github.com/lampepfl/scala3-reference-docs), version dropdown activated.
