Description
Top level index.md and docs/index.md can "clash".
For now they would actually be inversed - docs would be "higher" (not directly) than top level index, but semantically we would like to have top-level to be only index.html front page permitted and the docs/index.md to be the root.
Maybe there are other solutions to this problem
