Expectation
scala -Xprint:typer should start the REPL with tree printing after typer phase
scala -help should show help for scala, not java
Notes
Other command line options may be broken as well, these are just the first two that I tried.
This seems to be a recent regression, it works as expected in 3.0.0-RC3.
