Scala Native Support

This library supports scala-js via cross compilation, is there any chance it can support scala-native-0.4.x as well, or is there some blocker to it?

It's all vanilla Scala code, so I wouldn't expect any blockers.

@SethTisue I've made a PR that solves this (though it does require one of the flags to be removed)
