I've translated Aleksandar and Heather's Parallel Collections Library overview into Japanese.
Following the suit of the Spanish localization, I've multilingualized the "overview-large" template so the article markdowns are placed with the identical directory structure under
ja/.To insure some accuracy of my translation, the drafts were made available under scalajp.github.com, and were reviewed by the members of scalajp community, resulting to 19 cases and minor fixes. I think it's in a good shape now, so I've squashed them all into a single commit.
