Use endonym (e.g. "Español") instead of flags to represent localization

When I implemented globalization for Pamflet @MasseGuillaume pointed out:

n8han @eed3si9n pretty cool. Just a side note I would avoid using flags to denote language. Since you don't speak Spain, you speak Spanish.
