`Expand` buttons in Overview compromise usability

A Expand-able card-type looks are used in Overviews page.
I think it compromises usability (ease of navigation).
I suggest to stop using Expand button and make cards always full-height.

Please take into account usability and readability, not just "modern look", if those who responsible for docs.scala-lang are thinking redesign for Scala 3 (Dotty).

Example 1. Unless Expand-ed, contents are not fully readable.

It add 1 extra click to find all contens, and makes it hard to search inside page.

Example 2. It is ridiculous to just add 2 lines.

As a reader, I expected single-clicking the card guide us to the page.
However, currently it requires 1 extra click and awk moment to open the actual content.
