Broken build: An external link is 404 in Korean translation

All of recent build are broken due to this error.

- ./_site/ko/tour/annotations.html
* External link https://www.scala-lang.org/api/current/scala/remote.html failed: 404 No error

It seems that Korean translation of annoattions.html has its own table like below.

Other translations has the table like this.
I am guessing the Korean ranslation could be outdated ??

[Other links in the table like this] is a ScalaDoc page for Scala 2.13.
remote is removed from Scala 2.13, I guess.
