This replaces MUnit, and is a step towards reducing the test dependencies to only Scala.js core. Besides, JUnit is the de facto used in all current Scala.js repos AFAIK.
If agreeable, I'll remove the scala-js-dom dependency in a subsequent PR.
Please let me know if this can be better split into multiple commits.
