After start, page shows, but can't find route /about

I see the page, app seems to have initialized fine, but when I click 'About', it gives:
main.js:1 Warning: Location "/about" did not match any routes
And nothing happens...
If I try to hit /about in the address bar manually, it says "Not Found"
