/learn should have a "search the stdlib" field

## Summary

Now that /learn is becoming the docs landing page, I'd love to see a direct search field through the docs, similar to the field that the stdlib docs give you.

## Motivation

It raises awareness of the feature and is easy to implement.

## Maintenance

The docs search field location remains stable, so there's not much to do here.
