This is... very weird! The relevant code hasn't changed at all recently.

@brson, can you think of any recent buildbot changes that would affect this?

Some data points:

• I usually build rust from source (configure && make), and I'm seeing this on my latest build:

$ rustc --version=verbose
rustc 0.13.0-dev
binary: rustc
commit-hash: unknown
commit-date: unknown
host: x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu
release: 0.13.0-dev

That is supposed to be: ebc625a (2014-11-08)

• From my second to last bug report, my rustc built from source was working fine:

rustc 0.13.0-dev (5c1fd5f8b 2014-11-05 18:01:53 +0000)

• And, from one of my daily travis builds:

rustc 0.13.0-nightly (45cbdec41 2014-11-07 00:02:18 +0000)
