ICE calling an unboxed closure with the wrong number of parameters inside another closure

[FreeFull]

This code reproduces the ICE.

fn foo<F: |&:|> (f: F) {
    |t| f(t);
}

fn main() { }

Note that adding an argument to the type signature or removing the t argument to the closure both make the ICE go away, and make the code compile.
