Need unsafe fn core::ptr::memcpy

Several times I have found myself wanting memcpy in library code.

This will arrive in the libc module I'm working on.

Somebody recently added memcpy and memmove to core::ptr, implemented as intrinsics so that once we have inlining they can be completely inlined.
