Syntax highlighting incorrectly reports char literals as lifetimes

Steps to reproduce:

Try to use a char such as '_' or 'c'

Expected vs. actual behavior:

Expected: the highlight group should be character (rsCharacter)
Actual: the highlight group is marked as lifetime (rsInferredLifetime and rsUserLifetime)

I can’t reproduce this on Vim and don’t intend to install NeoVim to try to reproduce it there.

I'm using this command to print the syntax stack

It's okay if you don't want to use neovim, if it's a neovim only issue feel free to close.
I'm not sure why there would be an editor difference though, are you using the same version?

I have NVIM v0.4.3 and cannot reproduce this too.
