`ConduitAxumHandler` was good was an in-between step, but we no longer need it 🎉
This is no longer used anywhere, so let's remove it!

Now that we use async request handlers everywhere, a lot of the support code in
conduit-axumhas become obsolete. This PR removes a few of the unused constructs.
