Python 3.11 compatibility

Python 3.11 doesn't anymore have inspect.getargspec that this project uses. Need to update the code that that we use inspect.getfullargpec with Python 3 and inspect.getargspec with Python 2.

This is a similar issue than #58 that prevents using Python 3.10.
