URL resolution for web modules does not consider urls starting with /

We do not consider absolute URLs that start with / rather than ./. This should be addressed here: https://github.com/idom-team/idom/blob/dfb434f4d2e11dc5019be9c7499f5923845b8e38/src/idom/web/utils.py#L105
